Membership is free. Simply fill out the attached form and mail it in. Be sure to retain your membership number and temporary card attached to this form, and present it to the front desk agent to receive proper point credit. Look for your permanent membership card in the mail in just a few weeks.

1. Book your Best Western stay at a qualifying rate.
2. Always present your membership card or number when you check in. Please call Gold Crown Club international customer service if you have not received your card after 6 weeks.
3. Request a Tracking Form when you check out, as this serves as your receipt.
4. As a Gold Crown Club International member, if you wish to receive airline miles, please provide your airline preference and frequent flyer number.
5. Make sure we have your correct contact details. Please contact us if you have moved or changed e-mail addresses.
